When we engage, our teams carry iPads loaded with Primary’s own engagement app. Any interaction is identified geographically, issues are recorded, information shared and emailed and videos can be viewed or captured – all on-site. Even better, all issues are logged into our Engagement Management Centre automatically which means we’re dealing with them before they become crises!
